· Harassment
Training - Customized
Anti-Harassment training program to meet the needs of our clients.
We work with the clients using their Anti-Harassment policies to
insure that training attendees understand the specific procedures
and reporting requirements of the organization. Our training
includes a discussion of all types of discrimination as protected
through Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans
with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
The majority of our training session, however, focuses on sexual
harassment, as sexual discrimination is often the most misunderstood
of all of the prohibited offenses in this arena. In addition, courts
have ruled that organizations that conduct proper harassment
training have a better defense in the event of litigation than
organizations that do not.
